Shogo Hino, born in 1979, and graduated summa cum laude the Chukyo University, School of Law. Then, graduated the Kumamoto University, Graduate School of Law (Master's program) in 2003, through the work the Juroku Bank(Gifu Pref.), was admitted in the Chukyo University Law School(Juris Doctor's program). After Law School completion, while working for the Cabinet Office, Government of Japan and the Consumer Affairs Agency, the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan. Aspiring researcher, was admitted to the Toyo University Graduate School of Law (Doctor's program). Consistently, are conducting research focused on  consumer law ,labor and employment law.
